How HARTORA PADEL handles match scores and support enquiries.

Who operates the app?
HARTORA PADEL is operated by Hart Trading Ltd. Privacy questions can be sent to hartora.app@gmail.com.
What the app handles
In the current version, HARTORA PADEL processes the team names you enter and the scores you record so it can display points, games and sets. The app uses Apple WatchConnectivity to exchange match information between a paired iPhone and Apple Watch.
Data collection and accounts
The current app implementation does not require an account and does not include developer-operated cloud storage, advertising SDKs or analytics SDKs. We do not receive your team names or match scores on our own servers through normal app use. The app is still undergoing testing; this statement will be reviewed before release and whenever features change.
Device handling
Match information is handled on your devices. Scores may be lost if the app or a match is closed or restarted; the current version does not promise permanent match history or cloud backup. Apple may process connectivity or diagnostic information under Apple's own policies and your device settings.
When you contact support
If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever details you choose to provide. We use that information to answer your request, troubleshoot problems and maintain necessary records of our correspondence. You can ask us to delete support correspondence where applicable by emailing the address above. Please avoid including sensitive information.
Visiting this website
Our hosting and email providers may handle basic technical information needed to serve webpages and deliver emails, such as request logs and IP addresses. This is separate from collection by the HARTORA PADEL app. This site does not intentionally use advertising trackers.
Sharing, retention and security
We do not sell app match scores or team names. We use service providers as necessary for operating this support website and receiving email. We retain support communications only as long as reasonably needed to handle enquiries and any applicable legal requirements. We take reasonable precautions to protect the information we receive.
Your choices and rights
Where applicable under privacy law, you may request access, correction or deletion of personal information we hold about you. Contact hartora.app@gmail.com. You may also contact your local data protection authority.
Changes to this policy
If the app adds accounts, cloud history, analytics, payments or other features that affect privacy, we will update this policy and the App Store privacy declaration as needed. The latest version will appear on this page.
